Join D2L as a Bilingual Application Troubleshooting Analyst, providing essential technical support in both English and Canadian French. Engage in problem analysis and deliver effective solutions to enhance user experience.
This position focuses on supporting D2L Administrators across various segments including Enterprise, Higher Education, and K-12. You will be the first point of contact for clients, utilizing your analytical skills to identify issues and implement resolutions. The role requires excellent communication to convey technical information clearly to users of varying expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze technical issues reported by clients
• Conduct research to implement solutions
• Replicate and diagnose user problems
• Create and manage support documentation
• Participate in troubleshooting sessions with teams
Requirements:
• Fluency in English and Canadian French
• Experience with SQL and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of web applications and services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
