Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end modernization of In-Force operations

• Lead the In-Force Modernization Task Force strategically

• Develop transparent execution plans and milestones

• Maintain strong governance structures for accountability

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts for integrated solutions
Requirements:

• Proven experience in leadership and influence across teams

• Strong project and program management expertise

• Deep knowledge of process optimization and transformation

• Analytical mindset with structured thinking skills

• Bilingualism in French and English required for Quebec
