• Provide second‑level incident management for zScaler and firewalls.
• Lead Major Incident calls and conduct Root Cause Analysis.
• Implement and document lifecycle projects for security services.
• Monitor production systems for optimal performance.
• Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders.

• Minimum of 3 years in IT Network Operations.
• Experience with zScaler, Fortinet, Cisco, and Checkpoint.
• Familiar with global 24/7 support models.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot Network Security environments.
