As a key player in OXIO's telecom department, you will be tasked with maintaining mobile networks while interfacing with core engineering and customer support teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze end-to-end call traces for various protocols
• Troubleshoot international roaming issues for subscribers
• Collaborate with engineers from global mobile operators
• Create dashboards for monitoring network metrics
• Provide technical support to NOC engineers
Requirements:
• Over 10 years in telecom with L3 support experience
• Strong grasp of 2G, 3G, and 4G protocols
• Proficient in Wireshark for signaling analysis
• Basic skills in Python, Linux, and Bash
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
