As a NOC Analyst at Paymentus, you will support documented NOC policies and implement core product functionalities. This full-time position, operating Monday through Friday, requires monitoring production systems to ensure high availability. You'll engage with multiple teams to communicate customer-impacting issues and proactively enhance operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and implement NOC procedures for product functionality
• Monitor Paymentus' production systems for high availability
• React to alarms and notifications based on priority
• Collaborate with departments to communicate customer issues
• Document evolving processes and train team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years in Operation Center environments
• 2-3 years in Windows and Linux administration
• Experience supporting a diverse customer base
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
