The Site Technologies Analyst reports to the Manager of IT Infrastructure and plays a key role in supporting multi-site technological solutions. Responsibilities include deploying, managing, and troubleshooting critical systems such as telephony and nurse call platforms. This position also involves engaging in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure seamless operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy and support site technology solutions across multiple locations
• Implement standard configurations for telephony and security systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with integrated systems
• Provide Level 2/3 support for technology across sites
• Coordinate vendor access for projects and deployments
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or telephony
• Strong troubleshooting skills in multi-site environments
• Experience with VoIP and telephony platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Clear communication with diverse stakeholders
