In this role, you will leverage your 7+ years of experience in Microsoft-focused support. Your technical expertise will be essential for troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services and Azure, ensuring swift incident resolution. Collaborating with various teams, you will be pivotal in maintaining operational compliance and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve incidents across Microsoft 365 platforms including Teams and Share Point
• Lead end-to-end incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Create and manage support cases, including escalations
• Conduct daily ticket reviews to ensure quality assurance
• Assist in onboarding clients and system configuration
Requirements:
• 7+ years in a Microsoft-focused support role
• Strong problem-solving and ownership skills
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices
• Willingness to provide after-hours support
• Experience managing tickets in a 24x7 environment
