As a Senior Client Systems Analyst II at SAIT, you will be a strategic contributor focused on maintaining and optimizing the functionality of learning-focused systems, including cloud-based applications and specialized training platforms. You will work closely with instructional staff to ensure reliable and secure educational service delivery that enhances students' learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities Oversee administration and operational readiness of training platforms
Maintain application configurations and access controls
Perform advanced troubleshooting and coordinate upgrades
Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM
Collaborate with instructional facilitators for optimal delivery
Requirements Degree in related IT field
5-7 years in IT supporting client-facing systems
Advanced technical support experience required
Familiarity with ITSM frameworks like Service Now
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
Support the evolution of learning technologies at SAIT by enhancing system configurations and ensuring operational excellence.
