Key Responsibilities Support code deployment and provide production issue resolution
Troubleshoot incidents, including batch failures and application setups
Apply fixes, patches, and service packs as needed
Monitor application stability and perform root-cause analysis
Collaborate with teams to ensure best practices are followed
Requirements Proficient in Unix, Oracle, and mainframe technologies
Experience with monitoring tools like Autosys and ITRS
Solid knowledge of troubleshooting procedures
Familiarity with MongoDB is a plus
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
