Job Overview Join UHN as a Technology Services Specialist, focusing on audio‑visual support for health professionals. Lead innovative solutions and enhance the educational experience through technology.
As part of the ETMS team at Toronto General Hospital/Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, you will engage with up to‑date technology to facilitate health education. With a minimum of three years of experience and a multimedia diploma, you will coordinate AV services, manage logistics, and provide technical support. Your proactive approach ensures seamless operation of events and equipment throughout UHN.
Key Responsibilities Deliver AV technology services across multiple sites
Develop solutions and troubleshoot technical challenges
Oversee event logistics, scheduling, and client coordination
Maintain and configure AV systems and infrastructure
Provide real‑time technical support to staff and clinicians
Requirements Completion of a multimedia or audio/video program
3‑4 years of relevant experience or training
Strong AV background and verbal communication skills
Effective time management and prioritization abilities
Experience in healthcare settings preferred
Drive technological advancement in health education and support UHN's mission.
