At NORR, as a vital member of the Information Technology team, you'll support both local and regional operations in North America and the UK. Your responsibilities will involve troubleshooting various technical issues, deploying software solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role emphasizes collaboration and a customer-centric approach, making a significant impact on our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user account issues
• Deploy and configure software updates and security patches
• Manage iOS/Android devices with Mobile Device Management
• Document support tasks in ticketing systems accurately
• Support onboarding processes for new users
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of IT support experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Solid customer service and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and mobile operating systems
• Relevant IT certifications are advantageous
