Texada is looking for an SDR Manager to manage three SDRs targeting mid-market and enterprise dealers across North America. This player-coach role requires you to guide your team using metrics while fostering a collaborative environment. Your leadership will help refine outreach strategies and enhance overall pipeline contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily SDR performance metrics and contributions
• Coach team on messaging, prospecting, and handling objections
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training
• Drive outbound prospecting initiatives for dealer accounts
• Evaluate and optimize the tech stack and tools
Requirements:
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales development
• 2+ years managing successful SDR teams
• Experience with AI tools in sales
• Strong ability in data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
