As a Program Manager at Clio, you will focus on executing digital success measures to enhance customer retention and adoption. Requirements:
• 2–4 years of digital customer success or program management experience
• Familiarity with Churn Zero, Totango, or similar platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Expertise in data extraction and dashboard creation
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
