Senior Digital Marketing Analyst (Growth)
Location: Vancouver – Hybrid (3 days in office)
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
Role: owner of the paid lead generation engine in the U.S., responsible for scaling paid campaigns and driving high‑quality teacher leads.
What you will doOwn and optimise paid lead generation campaigns – primarily job boards, expanding into Google Ads and Meta.
Plan, execute, and continuously optimise paid lead generation campaigns.
Develop creative and targeting strategies, test creatives, targeting, and tactics constantly to double down on what works.
Dig into campaign data to extract actionable insights; run structured A/B tests to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
Identify new growth opportunities and feed into budget planning and broader marketing strategy.
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Product to ensure campaigns align with business needs; provide transparent performance updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications2–3 years of digital/performance marketing or campaign management experience.
Comfortable with data and intuitive instincts; able to prioritise and take ownership.
Excellent communication with teammates, leadership, and stakeholders.
Curious, always experimenting and improving.
Nice to have- Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or job board platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SQL, or data visualisation tools.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
If you expect hand‑off analysis, prefer not to experiment, or dislike collaboration; this role requires initiative, testing, and teamwork.
