As a Senior Privacy Advisor, you will spearhead the creation of a contemporary privacy and data governance model that aligns with PHIPA. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic advice, implementing complex privacy initiatives, and managing diverse stakeholder landscapes to support digital health transformation across Ontario. You'll ensure adherence to OPS standards and contribute to organizational culture change.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a PHIPA-aligned privacy governance model
• Provide strategic privacy and data governance advice
• Plan complex initiatives at national and international levels
• Manage multifaceted stakeholder engagements
• Implement best practices for information privacy
Requirements:
• Over 10 years of experience in health privacy consulting
• Proven expertise in PHIPA compliance
• Knowledge of Public Sector Enterprise Architecture
• PMP and PMI certifications required
• Experience in privacy impact assessment methodologies
