You will play a pivotal role in AMF's initiative for generative AI technologies, ensuring successful integration and user ownership. This position involves coordinating change management activities, assessing organizational impacts, and providing support to user communities and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate change management for Copilot M365 use

• Assess impacts of generative AI integration

• Create strategies for user buy-in and ownership

• Support user communities and key stakeholders

• Contribute to AI governance frameworks integration

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tech change management

• Mastery of Copilot suite products

• Excellent strategic planning and communication skills

• Strong autonomy and analytical abilities

• Level 2 security clearance eligibility mandatory
