Position: Client-Facing Network Administrator Role

As part of a supportive team at 365 Technologies, you will address a range of technical issues, from desktop support to networking challenges. This varied role allows you to engage with clients to ensure their IT needs are met while improving processes as you grow. Each day will offer different experiences across client locations and remote support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with remote IT support via multiple channels

• Visit client sites for troubleshooting and system installations

• Join the on-call rotation for after-hours assistance

• Document detailed ticket notes using HaloPSA

• Ensure client documentation in ITGlue is up to date

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of active IT support experience

• Excellent communication skills for client interaction

• Troubleshooting expertise with Windows environments

• Familiarity with VoIP and Microsoft 365 management

• Understanding of networking principles and configurations
