This senior-level position requires in-depth knowledge of Oracle support practices and the ability to manage multiple client environments while meeting service expectations. Your responsibilities will include handling complex technical issues, ensuring application performance, and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide senior-level support for Oracle Applications

• Optimize performance through tuning and analysis

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across client environments

• Collaborate with architecture and technical teams

• Document system improvements and issue resolutions
Requirements:

• 5+ years in multi-client Oracle support

• Strong Oracle Applications production support expertise

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra

• Knowing Oracle Configurator is essential

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
