We are seeking a hands-on Manager, Test Automation to lead a high-impact team responsible for shaping the future of our software verification ecosystem.  You will lead a team that will build the infrastructure, tools, frameworks and tests that enable the entire software development organization to deliver high-quality software  will drive the architectural direction of our automated verification systems, championing cutting-edge practices like AI-driven testing and contract testing to maximize developer velocity and system reliability.

** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Technical Roadmap & Architecture:
** Define the technical direction and architecture for next-generation automated verification frameworks, shared libraries, and internal testing tools.
* ** AI & Automation

Innovation:
** Lead the research and implementation of
** AI-driven testing methodologies**, including self-healing tests, automated test generation, and intelligent regression selection.
* ** Microservices Quality:
** Champion the organization-wide adoption of
** contract testing** (e.g., Pact) to ensure seamless, decoupled integration across microservices.
* ** People Leadership & Growth:
** Mentor, coach, and grow a specialized team of software testers, establishing clear career paths, goals, and a culture of technical excellence.
* ** CI/CD Integration:
** Partner closely with Dev Ops and Platform Engineering to embed automated testing seamlessly into our CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable feedback loops.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration:

** Act as an evangelist for shift-left testing philosophies, collaborating with Product Management and Core Software Development leaders to align tooling with product roadmaps.
** Qualifications**
* *
* Experience:

** 7+ years of experience in software engineering or automated software testing, with at least 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team.
* ** Technical Expertise:
** Strong background in designing, building, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks from scratch using modern languages.
* ** Modern Testing Paradigms:
** Proven experience implementing
** Contract Testing
** in a distributed microservices environment and leveraging
** AI/ML tools
** to optimize testing workflows.
* ** Leadership & Communication:
** Excellent communication skills, with a track record of driving cultural change, managing stakeholder expectations, and translating complex technical visions into execution.#LI-CORP1

The expected compensation for this position is:$93,000 - $132,500

Factors which may affect starting compensation within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
