Our client in the energy sector is seeking a detail-oriented Lessons Learned Specialist to support the continuous improvement of large-scale, complex projects. This role plays a critical part in capturing project insights, strengthening project controls practices, and ensuring knowledge is effectively shared across teams.

You will collaborate closely with project managers, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn experience into actionable improvements. • You’ll capture and document lessons learned from project activities, ensuring insights are retained and accessible across the organization.
• Guide project teams on project controls and lessons learned processes to support successful delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
• Analyze project performance data, including schedule, cost, risk, and resources, to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain tools, templates, and frameworks to support lessons learned and reporting processes.

• 4+ years of relevant experience in project controls, project management, or continuous improvement environments.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost management, risk analysis, and resource planning.
• Experience facilitating workshops and applying Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is considered an asset.
• Proficiency with Power BI and MS Office, with experience building dashboards and analyzing data.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP designation is considered an asset.
