Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management:
Keeping portfolios up to date across seven functions - Reporting:
Monthly reporting to support CIO and operational health status; high proficiency in Excel, creating pivots, and monthly status reporting - Support:
Ensuring internal delivery processes are followed

- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management or project coordination
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Data analysis and reporting (Robust Excel)
- Documentation and technical writing
- Risk management and financial management
- Scheduling and planning
- Quality management and change management
- Collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom)
- Risk and compliance tools
- Cloud platforms and database management (SQL)
- Power BI, Tableau
- Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Workflow automation (Power Automate)
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
