Key Responsibilities- Gather business and system requirements effectively
- Translate user needs into stories and API requirements
- Collaborate closely with development and quality engineering teams
- Define acceptance criteria using BDD practices
- Support API design and integration discussions
- 7 to 10 years of BSA experience
- Strong knowledge of Faster Payments and Retail Payments
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools
- Understanding of real-time payment standards
