In this crucial role within the Business Solutions Engineering team, you will ensure Scrum practices are effectively implemented while championing continuous improvement. Your extensive experience will be instrumental in managing complex backlogs and guiding Agile teams to success, strengthening PMOs and product operations across CMHC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track team performance metrics like velocity and burndown charts
• Identify and manage complex backlog structures
• Develop prioritization frameworks for business stakeholders
• Advocate agile values and practices throughout the organization
• Mentor teams and provide consultative guidance
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business
• Minimum seven years in Agile Scrum and Kanban
• Advanced Agile Certification required
• Strong analytical skills using software tools
• Experience in a scaled framework setting preferred
