Our client is hiring a Service Now Solution Architect with skills in developing modules and troubleshooting complex issues. Your role will support seamless upgrades and secure communication.
As a Service Now Solution Architect, you will leverage your advanced technical expertise to enhance and create solutions within the Service Now platform. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting security and break/fix scenarios while managing upgrade processes. Clear communication of technical details to business stakeholders is crucial for project success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new Service Now modules and complex enhancements
- Handle advanced troubleshooting for security issues
- Manage Service Now instance upgrades and contingency plans
- Effectively communicate solutions to client administrators
- Conduct Quality Assurance testing before user acceptance testing
- Proven expertise in Service Now modules required
- Solid written and verbal communication skills necessary
- Background in consulting is preferred
- Understanding of IT architecture functions is a plus
- Ability to validate solutions against user stories
