Lead Information Security Operations

Position: Lead Information Security Operations FCT
Elevate security operations at FCT as a Team Lead in Information Security. Oversee SOC activities, manage incident responses, and enhance detection capabilities in a hybrid environment.

Join FCT's dedicated team to lead the day-to-day operations of our Security Operations Center. This role requires a profound commitment to security, with a focus on effective incident response, threat intelligence assessment, and continuous improvement of security measures. You will manage complex security incidents and drive initiatives to fortify our defenses across both on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily SOC operations and escalation processes

• Improve detection capabilities for actionable security alerts

• Assess threat intelligence and identify detection gaps

• Manage security logging and telemetry standards

• Optimize and tune security tools and platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in IT or related field with 5-8 years of experience

• Proven SOC leadership and high-severity incident response

• Expertise in hybrid environments including Azure

• Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards

• Recognized security certifications or commitment to obtaining them
