Digital Product Designer

Position: Digital Product Designer at Intact
Transform digital experiences as a Product Designer with Intact's Acquisition team. Leverage user-centric design and collaborate within agile teams to create intuitive, customer-focused solutions.

Intact is looking for a skilled Product Designer with a minimum of three years' experience to enhance online quoters and purchase processes. This role involves collaborating across teams to elevate user experiences and ensuring designs meet business goals. You will also conduct workshops and present concepts, using insights to refine features effectively.

• Design engaging digital features based on customer needs

• Work collaboratively to improve overall user experiences

• Develop comprehensive design solutions from idea to launch

• Facilitate workshops and deliver persuasive design presentations

• Analyze performance metrics to optimize features continuously

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in digital product design

• Proficient with Figma and Adobe design tools

• Familiarity with user testing and UX research methodologies

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• E-commerce experience is a plus
