Position: UX/UI Designer at Agents Only
Join Agents Only as a UX/UI Designer and create user-friendly interfaces for innovative web and mobile platforms. Leverage your experience to enhance customer interactions and design impactful solutions.
As part of Teleperformance, Agents Only is transforming customer experiences through its gig management platform. In this role, you will utilize over five years of UX/UI expertise to research user needs, prototype features, and collaborate with Product Managers and developers. Your design skills will be pivotal in shaping how users engage with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers for UX improvements

• Conduct user research to prototype engaging features

• Develop annotated user flows and detailed wireframes

• Produce high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms

• Partner with marketing and development teams for implementation
Requirements:

• Exceptional portfolio showcasing mobile UX expertise

• Minimum 5 years in digital product or UX/UI design

• Strong foundation in UX methodologies

• Proficient in design software like XD and In Vision

• Self-starter comfortable with feedback and critique
