This permanent, full-time role reports to the IT Service Desk Manager, focusing on providing frontline and advanced technical assistance. Key tasks include troubleshooting user systems, managing incident responses, and executing service requests while embracing IT Service Management principles. Collaborate with IT teams to promote a secure and efficient technology experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer comprehensive technical support for users and IT systems
• Handle lifecycle management of IT services and incidents
• Execute user onboarding, including account setups and access
• Troubleshoot a variety of endpoint devices and connectivity issues
• Monitor system performance using industry tools
Requirements:
• Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum of two years in IT technical support
• Experience with multiple hardware and software environments
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals
• Strong customer service and organizational capabilities
