Drive technology innovation at Manitobah as an IT Manager in a hybrid role based in Winnipeg, MB. Lead diverse teams to optimize IT systems and strategies aligned with organizational goals.

As the IT Manager reporting to the Vice President of Finance, you will shape and oversee Manitobah’s technology initiatives, focusing on retail and e-commerce solutions. With a strong emphasis on security and reliability, you will ensure operational excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic IT policies and procedures

• Oversee operational functions using Brightpearl ERP and Shopify

• Ensure seamless integration with essential systems and tools

• Manage networking security and supplier relationships

• Identify and implement business intelligence and automation solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of IT management experience

• Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS and Azure

• Hands-on experience in e-commerce and retail IT solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Shopify and Amazon credentials are assets
