In this on-site position, you will provide front-line and second-level IT support, contributing to a national team. Your technical expertise in Windows 10 and Active Directory will be invaluable as you diagnose, repair, and maintain various systems. You will also document your work diligently and engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line IT support to users nationwide
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues
• Manage incident tickets for timely issue resolution
• Administer user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365
• Conduct preventative maintenance and software updates
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in technical customer service (ITIL preferred)
• Strong Windows desktop support experience (Win
10)
• Knowledge of LAN configuration and ticket tracking
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset
