In this role, you will work directly with the IT Manager to uphold the school's IT services. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, deploying hardware and software, and maintaining IT equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth academic programming and contribute to IT documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to technical support requests efficiently
• Troubleshoot user and IT equipment issues
• Deploy and configure necessary hardware and software
• Monitor and maintain desktops, laptops, and other devices
• Participate in hardware and software inventory management
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Computer Sciences preferred
• Minimum two years of experience as an IT support technician
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure
• Knowledge of network configurations and operating systems
• Strong written and oral communication skills
