Become an essential part of St. Mary's Academy as a Technical Support Technician. Ensure seamless IT service and support for a thriving academic environment.
As the primary point of contact for IT assistance, you will work alongside the IT Manager to maintain the integrity of the school's technology infrastructure.
Your role encompasses troubleshooting, deploying IT solutions, and documenting procedures, all aimed at fostering an efficient learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely responses to tech support requests
• Resolve user technical issues effectively
• Configure and deploy software and hardware
• Maintain, upgrade, and repair IT equipment
• Assist in managing IT inventory and documentation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Computer Sciences or relevant experience
• At least two years in a technician role
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows systems
• Understanding of Active Directory and networking basics
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
