As a pivotal member of the engineering team, you'll own the Snowflake environment, ensuring it's production-ready and automated. Your responsibilities will include implementing RBAC and CI/CD procedures using Terraform, while engaging with Info Sec for compliance and security alignment. Candidates with extensive Snowflake experience will excel in this role that requires strong SQL proficiency and production IaC skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage Snowflake account and object architecture
• Implement CI/CD processes using Terraform and Schema change
• Optimize performance using materialized views and query profiling
• Enforce security and governance controls effectively
• Operate Snowpipe and ensure ingestion reliability
Requirements:
• 5+ years in data platform or engineering roles
• 3+ years hands-on Snowflake at scale
• Strong SQL skills for performance tuning
• Experience with AWS and data ingestion tools
• Excellent communication skills for documentation
