At Agents Only, part of Teleperformance, you will help redefine customer interactions using a state-of-the-art gig management platform. This position demands over five years of UX/UI experience to research user needs, prototype features, and work closely with Product Managers and developers. Your contributions will directly impact product design and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers to enhance user experience

• Conduct thorough user research and engage in prototyping

• Create annotated user flows and precise wireframes

• Deliver high-fidelity designs for web, iOS, and Android

• Work with marketing and development for seamless implementation

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile UX design

• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design

• In-depth knowledge of UX methodologies

• Competent in design software like XD and In Vision

• Proactive and receptive to feedback and critique
