As a Network Security Operations Engineer, you'll bring at least 3 years of IT network operations experience and work within multinational frameworks. This role includes managing second-level incidents and driving improvements in service. Your expertise will enhance incident management and ensure cohesive teamwork across global networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage second-level incidents for zScaler and firewalls

• Conduct Major Incident calls and Root Cause Analysis

• Execute and document lifecycle projects for security

• Ensure performance monitoring of production systems

• Maintain clear communication with internal customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in IT Network Operations

• Experience with zScaler, Fortinet, Cisco, and Checkpoint

• Knowledge of global 24/7 support models

• Strong teamwork and customer service abilities

• Expertise in troubleshooting Network Security environments
