In this position, you will align efforts across Data, Engineering, and R&D teams, translating customer requirements into actionable Jira tickets. Documenting technical specifications during customer meetings and maintaining task visibility is crucial for project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate tasks across Data, Engineering, and R&D teams
• Translate customer requirements into Jira tasks
• Document requirements identified in customer meetings
• Ensure visibility on task progress and blockers
• Assist with internal testing and data validation
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS technical roles
• Proficient with Jira and task management
• Familiar with data platforms such as Big Query
• Knowledge of SaaS architectures and APIs
• Collaborative experience with technical experts
