Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 Focus

Play a key role in data management as a Senior Business Analyst at OPGT with a focus on Dynamics 365. This onsite position centers on data migration and enhancing system reports.

The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee is looking for a Senior Business Analyst skilled in business/system analysis specific to Dynamics 365 solutions. This role demands a strong foundation in agile and waterfall methodologies, facilitating the effective development of reporting solutions. You will significantly impact data management processes, ensuring quality and clarity in reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis for successful data migration

• Use Dev Ops to document report requirements with user stories

• Lead the construction of the data lakehouse and reports

• Communicate effectively between business areas and reporting teams

• Identify and address data quality issues during testing phases

Requirements:

• More than 10 years' experience in business/system analysis

• Expertise in agile and waterfall methodologies

• Familiar with BI tools such as PowerBI

• Basic SQL knowledge and ETL processes

• Experience in data analytics and reporting solutions
