You will be the frontline support for Mac Don products, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues in collaboration with various teams. This role combines problem-solving with relationship-building, as you will guide dealer technicians and ensure effective use of our equipment. Your insights will help shape future product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
• Lead product investigations and document findings
• Foster strong relationships with dealer support teams
• Deliver technical training for end-users and dealer technicians
• Conduct engaging demonstrations of new products
Requirements:
• Applicable degree or relevant experience
• Fluent in English and French, both verbally and in writing
• Experience with diagnostics in mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment operation
• Valid passport and driver’s license for travel
