• Maintain reliable signal transmission to the Command Center
• Implement solutions to reduce recurring system issues
• Collaborate with partners to address technical challenges
Requirements:
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience providing technical support to clients
• Proficiency with various systems and hardware devices
• Excellent English communication skills
• Knowledge of security protocols and systems
