Join Vidir Solutions as a Technical Support Specialist - Level 1, focusing on onsite mechanical and electrical support for customers. This role prioritizes troubleshooting and customer satisfaction.
In this frontline position, you'll engage directly with customers to resolve issues related to their vertical storage systems. You'll leverage your mechanical knowledge to provide clear guidance and will collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries as the primary support contact
• Organize service schedules and coordinate assistance
• Keep detailed logs of service interactions and requests
• Identify and troubleshoot basic technical problems
• Assess issues and guide customers toward resolutions
Requirements:
• Experience in a customer-facing service role
• Mechanical troubleshooting experience outside IT support
• Familiarity with ERP software for tracking service workflows
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in standard office software applications
