Reporting to the Manager of Solution Support, the Application Support Analyst II will utilize over three years of technical experience in application support. You will focus on resolving complex issues and optimizing several solutions. Your expertise in ITIL processes will ensure quality service delivery across Manitoba's healthcare landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for Citrix application hosting technologies
• Troubleshoot complex web-based application issues
• Utilize SQL scripting for database management
• Implement ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
• Collaborate on enhancements of healthcare solutions
Requirements:
• 3+ years of application support experience
• Advanced knowledge of Citrix and SQL
• Familiar with web-based applications and browsers
• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or related field
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
