As a key player, you’re responsible for each project phase, from initial scoping to managing deployments. With over three years in data centre infrastructure, you will act as the technical connection between clients and engineers, ensuring seamless service delivery. Your leadership skills will support the technical team’s efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the project lifecycle and technical deployments
• Act as the liaison between clients and engineering teams
• Supervise resource planning and technical team management
• Maintain high standards of account growth and support
• Ensure no requirements are overlooked during execution
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in data centre or technical account roles
• Hands-on knowledge of server hardware and cabling
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms like Service Now
• Demonstrated ability in project budgeting and SOWs
• Relevant certifications preferred such as PMP or CompTIA Server+
