As a pivotal team member, you will spearhead the development of customer-centric digital channel solutions, focusing on enhancing user journeys and service experiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Build and refine customer journey maps and design standards
• Engage clients through insightful market and customer research
• Develop mobile wireframes and prototypes at a high standard
• Lead workshops and facilitate impactful client engagements
• Interact with teams across technical and creative domains
Requirements:
• Degree in Industrial Design, Multimedia Design, or similar
• 5-8 years of relevant customer journey design experience
• Proficient in both Dutch and English
• Strong ability to present and defend design concepts
• Experience in the financial services industry
