In this critical Red Team role, you will be responsible for validating security assumptions and addressing detection gaps. Your duties include planning red team operations, executing threat models, and conducting penetration tests across different applications and infrastructure. Mentoring fellow engineers will also be a key aspect of your contribution to strengthening Robinhood's security landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design adversarial simulations for in-depth security validation

• Plan and execute red team operations in complex environments

• Perform threat modeling and articulate related risks

• Conduct in-depth vulnerability research and exploit development

• Automate security assessments with custom tooling

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in red teaming or offensive security

• Skilled in AWS, GCP, and container environments

• Strong grasp of the MITRE ATT&CK framework

• Proficient in Python, Go, or Java Script

• Excellent communicator with a background in security leadership
