Position: Junior Business Analyst with Data Focus
Join the team as a Junior Business Analyst, specializing in data analysis and FHIR standards. This position supports I&IT objectives by aligning business needs with technical solutions.

In this role, you'll conduct thorough business analysis by collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements. You will lead strategy development, perform feasibility studies, and utilize CASE tools for documentation. Your understanding of agile methodologies will help facilitate a smooth project workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and document requirements thoroughly

• Develop strategies and conduct cost-benefit analyses

• Engage in data modeling and flow documentation

• Implement business improvements and process enhancements

• Report regularly on project status and challenges

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience with FHIR standards

• Strong skills in SQL and data mapping

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure Dev Ops

• Effective communication and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to support cloud solutions and integrations
