Your role includes installation and troubleshooting.

In this full-time, in-office position, you'll be tasked with critical fieldwork, which encompasses configuring and testing telecommunications equipment. Reading design documents and ensuring industry compliance are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will mentor junior technicians and collaborate with project teams to uphold high quality in installations and aim for zero downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure cable and network infrastructure

• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Read and interpret technical and design documents

• Coordinate updates with project teams

• Improve processes while mentoring junior technicians

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technician experience in telecommunications

• Relevant post-secondary education in IT

• Expertise in troubleshooting and diagnostics

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Capacity to work across multiple onsite locations
