Transform user experiences as a User-Centric Service Designer with OMERS in a hybrid work model. Spearhead design initiatives from discovery through delivery while focusing on user engagement.
This essential role requires over five years of experience in service design, customer experience, and user research. You will lead cross-functional workshops to align teams, ensuring the development of user-focused service solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead workshops with cross-functional teams for ideation

Requirements:
• 5+ years in service design or equivalent field
• Expertise in human-centered design methodologies
