Transform data into insights as a Power BI Data Analyst at CIBC, working in a hybrid environment. Engage stakeholders and oversee Salesforce license management to provide essential data-driven insights.

This role supports the Enterprise Client Relationship Management Center of Excellence by managing the Salesforce license lifecycle. You'll analyze significant datasets and create Power BI dashboards that facilitate informed decision-making among senior stakeholders across multiple business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the end-to-end Salesforce license management process

• Analyze Salesforce usage data alongside Excel and CSV formats

• Create engaging Power BI dashboards to communicate insights

• Document BAU processes for efficient transitions

• Collaborate with business units to enhance operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in data analysis or business analysis

• Proficiency in Power BI visualization and handling data ingestion

• Strong storytelling and communication skills

• Experience in stakeholder management

• Salesforce familiarity considered a plus
