As a Service Now Business Analyst, your responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, ensuring they align with company objectives. Your expertise in ITIL processes and infrastructure technology will be key in guiding enhancements across Service Now implementations, particularly in CMDB and CSDM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
• Lead workshops to convert needs into specifications
• Support CMDB and CSDM design and roll-out
• Partner with developers for scalable solutions
• Analyze ITSM and ITOM processes for enhancements
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Service Now
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and Configuration Management
• Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Service Now Agile 2.0
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills
• Service Now certifications are advantageous
