As the ERP Implementation Lead, you'll manage the entire configuration and implementation process for Epicor Kinetic systems. You'll collaborate with users and stakeholders through blueprinting sessions and leverage your strong problem-solving skills to ascertain project requirements and challenges. Your initiatives will drive improvements across business processes and enhance system usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ERP implementation projects across North America

• Coordinate with various business units for system configuration

• Conduct testing, including proof of concept and user acceptance

• Design and deliver comprehensive user training

• Document configurations and support post-go-live maintenance

Requirements:

• Experience in end-to-end ERP implementations

• In-depth knowledge of business process evaluation

• Successful track record in manufacturing sector consulting

• Exceptional communication skills with all organizational tiers

• Open to travel as needed
